When will my order arrive?
Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail and your order should arrive within 1 week in most circumstances. Delivery throughout the rest of the world varies but your order should arrive in 1-3 weeks largely dependent on your distance from the UK. International orders are dispatched using Airmail services for their reliability and speed.
How do I find a Back Issue of the magazine I’m looking for?
You can either, use the search bar at the top of this website, browse or search our online “Back Issue Buyer’s Guide” a link to which can be found on the homepage, or alternatively you can request a print version of the pocket sized buyer’s guide booklet, just e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
When will I receive each issue?
Race Engine Technology is published 8 times a year so an issue will arrive every 6-7 weeks. The Race Technology Reports are published annually so if you have a subscription including these you will receive one issue of each report per year on the following schedule:

Alternative Race Technology - Every July

How can I change my address and/or contact details?

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes you can. If you’re buying online just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery details section, or alternatively call us on +44 (0)1934 713957 to discuss your needs.
How will I know my order has been received?
When placing an order online you will receive an order confirmation email very soon after you order. This will confirm what you have bought and how much you have paid. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder and add us to your safe senders list.
What if I don't receive a confirmation email?
If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please check any junk email folders first and if the email still cannot be located then call +44 (0)1934 713957 or email email@example.com
How much will I be charged for delivery?
The delivery cost is included within the price quoted for your delivery destination.
Is there a price difference for delivery outside the UK?
The original price shown on the site is the UK rate, once you add your delivery address the delivery costs will be added to the price quoted. This happens before you confirm your order so you are fully aware of the delivery costs prior to purchase. We work hard to keep these costs as low as possible while using the best postal services to ensure reliability.

When and how can I renew my subscription?
With the penultimate and last issues of your subscription you will receive a letter informing you how to renew. Feel free to buy a new subscription from our website at any point as we cross-reference all new orders with current ones to ensure any new subscriptions are added to the current one so no overlap occurs. Alternatively you can renew by the methods stated above.
Is buying online secure?
All of our payments are processed through SagePay who are one of the world’s leading secure online payment providers. SagePay’s systems are scanned by Trustwave who are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands. SagePay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance possible. They are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines global card industry regulation.
What happens if I choose to setup an automatic renewal?
If you choose to have a recurring subscription you will be contacted by e-mail 2 weeks prior to your renewal being processed using the credit card you supplied. The email will confirm the subscription you will receive and how much will be charged. This service can be cancelled at any time including during the 2 week notice period.
